Services and Specialties

I work with people who are navigating some of life's most intense transitions — becoming a parent, maintaining a thriving relationship amidst the chaos, figuring out who you are, and finding creative meaning in the midst of it all.

Therapy is available in-person in Pasadena, CA and virtually throughout California.

Individual Therapy

For when you need a space that's just for you.

I work with individuals who are:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted

  • Going through a life transition that's bigger than they expected

  • Struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or imposter feelings

  • Navigating identity, self-worth, or the gap between who they are and who they thought they'd be

  • Dealing with grief, loss, or a sense of being stuck

  • Creatives — writers, musicians, artists, and anyone whose creative identity is intertwined with their mental health. If you're navigating blocks, burnout, or the challenge of sustaining a creative life alongside everything else, that's welcome here too.

What therapy can look like: We'll figure out what's actually going on beneath the surface — not just manage symptoms. I'll bring curiosity, warmth, and practical tools you can use in your real life. Therapy with me is collaborative: I'm not going to sit silently and nod. I'm going to be in the conversation with you.

Couples Therapy

For partners who love each other but have lost the thread.

I work with couples who are:

  • Disconnected, distant, or stuck in the same fights

  • Navigating the transition to parenthood as a partnership

  • Struggling to balance parenting with their relationship

  • Dealing with different parenting styles or values

  • Wanting to rebuild intimacy and connection

  • LGBTQ+ couples and all family structures welcome

What therapy can look like: Couples work is about creating a space where both people feel heard — not just taking turns being right. We'll work on communication, understanding each other's needs, and finding ways to reconnect even in the chaos of raising little kids.

Perinatal and Parenting

When becoming a parent doesn't feel the way you expected — or when parenting feels like it's swallowing you whole.

I work with parents who are:

  • Pregnant and feeling anxious or overwhelmed about what's ahead

  • Postpartum and struggling with mood changes, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or numbness

  • Adjusting to the identity shift of becoming a parent

  • Navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, or birth trauma

  • Exhausted, stretched thin, and touched out

  • Feeling like they've lost themselves in the role of "parent"

  • Struggling with anger, guilt, or resentment they didn't expect

  • Trying to parent differently than how they were raised

  • Neurodivergent parents navigating sensory overload and executive function challenges

  • Managing the mental load and feeling like it's all on them

  • Feeling isolated, unsupported, or like everyone else has it figured out

What therapy can look like: Together, we'll create space for what you're actually experiencing — not what you think you should be experiencing. We'll work on practical tools for managing anxiety and overwhelm, rebuild your connection to yourself, and find your footing — whether you're in the earliest days of parenthood or deep in the years of raising young kids.
