Do you see clients in person?
I offer both in person and telehealth sessions. I am available in office in Pasadena on Mondays and Thursdays.
I do not accept insurance, but am able to provide you a monthly superbill upon request to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please inquire with your insurance company about whether this is a part of your coverage.
Do you take insurance?
How long will I be in therapy?
This varies from person to person, and is dependent on your specific goals for therapy. However, treatment is always voluntary, and can be ended by you at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid being charged the full session fee, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation.
I charge $125 for individual sessions, $175 for couples sessions, and $40 for group sessions. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots for those for whom access to therapy is financially prohibitive.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, during which I will answer any questions you have. This is a good time to assess if we might be a good fit. If for any reason you or I believe this is not the best option for you, I will do my best to provide you with a few referrals tailored to your goals.
