You Might Be Here Because...

You're doing all the things — showing up, holding it together, making sure everyone else is cared for — but somewhere along the way, you stopped looking after yourself.

Maybe life doesn't look the way you imagined. Maybe you and your partner feel more like roommates managing a to-do list than people who actually like each other. Maybe you're carrying a quiet worry that something is wrong with you because this all feels like too much.

You're not broken. You're not failing. And you're not the only one who feels this way.

How I Can Help

Perinatal & New Parent Support

For the transition into parenthood — when it's beautiful and hard at the same time. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or somewhere in the middle, we’ll focus on helping you feel grounded, connected, and supported.

Therapy for Overwhelmed Parents

For parents of young children who are running on fumes to care for everyone else, and forgetting to look after themselves. We'll work on finding ground beneath your feet again, while also making space for your wants, needs, and aspirations.

Couples/Relationship Therapy

For partners who love each other but have lost the thread. Especially for couples navigating life with little kids — when you need each other most but have the least to give. We’ll identify patterns that are blocking connection and learn tools to help you reinvest in each other.

Hi, I'm Kay.

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Pasadena, and I work with people who are in the thick of it — overwhelmed parents, couples navigating life with young kids, new moms who don't feel like themselves, and anyone trying to figure out how to feel more connected and supported in an ever-changing world.

I believe therapy should be a place to bring your full self, get honest about what’s hard, and work on finding a way through it that feels authentic and supportive. Let’s dive in together.

When You're Ready

Taking the first step is often the hardest part. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you need. Just reaching out is enough.
