Services & Specialties

I work with people who are navigating some of life's most challenging transitions — becoming a parent, maintaining a thriving relationship amidst the chaos, navigating the twists and turns of adolescence, and finding creative meaning in the midst of it all.

Therapy is available in-person in Pasadena, CA and virtually throughout California.

Individual Therapy

I work with individuals who are:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted

  • Going through a life transition that's bigger than they expected

  • Struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or imposter feelings

  • Navigating identity, self-worth, or the gap between who they are and who they thought they'd be

  • Dealing with grief, loss, or a sense of being stuck

  • Creatives — writers, musicians, artists, and anyone whose creative identity is intertwined with their mental health. If you're navigating blocks, burnout, or the challenge of sustaining a creative life alongside everything else, that's welcome here too.

What therapy can look like: We'll figure out what's actually going on beneath the surface — not just manage symptoms. I'll bring curiosity, warmth, and practical tools you can use in your real life. Therapy with me is collaborative: I'm not going to sit silently and nod. I'm going to be in the conversation with you.

Couples Therapy

I work with couples who are:

  • Disconnected, distant, or stuck in the same fights

  • Navigating the transition to parenthood as a partnership

  • Struggling to balance parenting with their relationship

  • Dealing with different parenting styles or values

  • Wanting to rebuild intimacy and connection

  • Working through divorce/conscious uncoupling

  • LGBTQ+ couples and all family structures welcome

What therapy can look like: We’ll focus on active listening- creating a space together where both partners can feel heard and understood. We’ll identify conflict patterns, foster empathy for each other, and learn tools and strategies to help fights become more calm and productive. We'll work on communication, understanding each other's needs, and finding ways to reconnect amidst the chaos of life.

Perinatal Therapy

I work with people who are:

  • Pregnant and struggling with anxiety, mood changes, or fear about what's ahead

  • Navigating the fertility journey — the waiting, the treatments, the grief of it not happening the way you planned

  • Processing pregnancy loss or birth trauma

  • Postpartum and experiencing depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, rage, or numbness

  • Feeling disconnected from their baby and ashamed to say it out loud

  • Grieving the version of themselves that existed before parenthood

  • Struggling with the gap between what motherhood is and what they thought it would be

  • Feeling isolated, unsupported, or like everyone else is handling this better

What therapy can look like:

We'll start with what's actually true for you — not what you think you're supposed to feel. I won't minimize what you're going through or rush you toward gratitude. We'll work on practical tools for managing the anxiety and overwhelm, make room for the grief and confusion that often come with this transition, and help you find your footing in a life that may feel unrecognizable right now.

Therapy for Creatives

I work with creatives who are:

  • Burned out and running on fumes, but can't afford to slow down — literally or figuratively

  • Blocked, stuck, or disconnected from the work that used to light them up

  • Battling imposter syndrome in an industry that constantly reinforces it

  • Dealing with the instability — the gaps between jobs, the financial uncertainty, the never-knowing-what's-next

  • Struggling to balance creative work with the rest of life — relationships, family, health, rest

  • Managing high-pressure environments, difficult collaborations, or toxic work dynamics

  • Feeling like their identity is too wrapped up in their work — and terrified of what's left without it

  • Navigating the specific loneliness of freelance or project-based work

  • Carrying the emotional weight of the content they create or perform

  • Trying to sustain a creative life while also being a partner, a parent, or just a person with needs

What therapy can look like:

We'll work on finding ground in the midst of a livelihood that depends on you being available, flexible, and constantly performing — how you relate to the uncertainty, how you separate your worth from your output, how you build a life that doesn't collapse every time a project does. We’ll explore tools for handling the stress, navigating your inner critic, and reconnecting to what got you into this industry in the first place.
